Futro House is a weekend house between Avala and Kosmaj, near Lake Trešnja. It combines elements of the traditional Šumadija house with modern design, and it is oriented from north-west to south-east for maximum sunlight.

The interior is open plan with no partition walls, and a central fireplace links the living room, kitchen and dining room. The floors are in light microcement. The smooth, monolithic surface adds to the spacious, modern look.

Timber walls conceal the functional elements, a staircase leads up to a gallery with an open sleeping area, and the exterior is clad in thermally treated larch. Large expanses of glass connect the house with nature.
