This house in Čolak Antina Street in Senjak stands in a historic quarter of Belgrade. It was designed for family living over several levels, making the most of a small plot.
Its monumental form is emphasised by a concrete shell and a block of brick and glass. The ground floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen, is raised, transparent and connected to the garden. This blurs the line between inside and outside.
The microcement floors indoors let the interior and exterior surfaces meet without a break. They are durable, easy to maintain and fit perfectly with the minimalist design of the house.
